Please note that: 
The width of the paper slot of our pocket printer is 58 mm, as well as the thickness is 30 mm.
We recommend that you replace the roll paper with a width of no more than 57 mm, the thickness should no more than 29 mm to avoid paper jams:)
Please Put the Paper Roll Correctly
Press both sides inward while opening the paper bin cover lid upward
Take out the old paper roll and put the new paper roll
Put the new paper roll in the direction shown. Please note that the new thermosensitive paper needs to be exposed to 2 cm of paper bin length
Cover the paper bin, the machine can automatically absorb paper after normal use. Please check whether you have put the paper roll correctly, otherwise it will print out but without anything.
